1/32-Scale 2-Lane DIY Track Kits
Made for the "do it yourself" type of person, you can build a professional-grade, 2-lane 1/32-scale track in as little as two hours with our 1/32-scale 2-lane track kits. All of our 2-Lane track components are made with our exclusive RaceMaxx racing surface.
Each wood track section is:
- Pre-cut - No cutting required.
- Pre-routed - Both the slot and "braid gain" have been cut to perfection.
- Pre-finished - No paint required. RaceMaxx is the most perfect, smoothest racing surface you will ever experience.
- Four Track Sections to choose from - 28" Straight, 14" Straight, 90 degree curve and 45 degree curve.
- Can be cut to any length using a power hand saw or table saw, making most any track layout a possibility.
Assembly is a breeze, and requires only simple hand tools and a power drill. Once your RaceMaxx track sections have been fastened to your table, simply apply the high-quality wire braid using 3M double-stick tape (3M tape and high-quality wire braid are available with all DIY track kits).

Our Exclusive RaceMaxx Racing Surface
Instead of using regular MDF for our racing surface, Slot Workshop uses a custom-created material so unique it needed it's own name - RaceMaxx.

RaceMaxx is used to create all of Slot Workshop's modular wood slot car track sections, legs, and driver's stands. RaceMaxx is unique because the special epoxy surface is applied to the MDF core at the time the wood is being manufactured. The result, is a "glass-like" finish, free of imperfection, and very easy to maintain. Though our RaceMaxx slot car track material is extremely smooth, it has all the characteristics necessary to make any slot car tire stick to the track better than any surface we've ever raced on before. One lap, and you'll be hooked on Slot Workshop's RaceMaxx racing surface.
